As of now I will be spending every single night in my own bed (no overnights at friends' or family's places), climbing into it at a reasonable hour, and winding down my pre-sleep activities to facillitate rest. I will continue with this regumen until such time that I am satisfied that my body is capable of returning to this routine despite the occasional disruption. Unlike now, where one sleepless night almost a month ago has resulted in my being awake until 5am and worse every night since.
