Taxes on empty media (CD/DVD-R, portable HDs,....) by Sharku 2010-01-04 07:51:26
I remember reading something on here about some country where the courts had taken the stance that since there was a tax on empty data carriers like CDs and DVDs it effectively meant downloading music and other content was legal. Anyone remember which country (or countries) that was (were)?
