I was nine months. It was my first word. We were driving up Highway 99 from Sedro Woolly on our way home on a clear night. I was in the front seat on mom's lap Baiez on the radio and dad was driving. I looked up and couldn't sop staring at the biggest ball I had ever seen. "What's that?" Mom said. "It's the moon." "Moon." I said as I pointed. "Moon." I have always been facinated by science and flight.
