start your career, then go for the MA. If the company offers a tuition reimbursement benefit, score! Network admin or security will probably provide more job opportunities, but you're likely to face more competition for those openings. Also, if you really want the MA, then I think administration and security are better fits and will better prepare you for the graduate coursework.
