She doesn't work well with others, and constantly lies through her teeth about work-related issues. She consistently fails to conduct herself in a professional manner, and insists on playing office politics "games" by stirring the pot. And I think it infuriates her that I REFUSE to play along. Bottom line, she behaves like a spoiled brat rather than a competent professional. I have a feeling that if there's another RIF, she'll be on the chopping block. But if things keep up as they have been, she might wind up leaving of her own accord.
