1) Community Managers- are those intrepid indviduals that deal with the public at large, whether it be on forums, sending announcements via twitter, facebook, or direct email to kotaku. 2) Our contracts are setup so that your earn a fixed hourly rate up to a predetermined amount, to be later paid out of the sales of the title.
