take the notice he put up on the page down, change the password to the page and then call all of the members of the band for a meeting and say just that... and wait for a response. They will all either knuckel under, or the ego will show up and get it over with and you can shake peoples hands, say sorry it didn't work out... and walk off into the sunset. I personally don't play "Drama Llama" with anyone anymore... just not worth the stress. Get the rules set now or it will be worse later. :)
