I sometimes feel I step over someone else's feelings and then I feel indebted to them, when they may not even register anything on their radars ... while I am turmoiling about my feelings of their feelings and if I should counter-undo any perceived damage that I've possibly done, and sometimes I am not sure if I've done anything at all. This creates strange feelings sometimes for me. I feel like I will do better by not focusing on perceived feelings as much as by doing so I expend energy that can be used elsewhere. and cause less wear on my system. Anyway, just sharing.
