(ie, "over there"), pretty much anything you do that doesn't involve standing around and passively submitting to whatever is going on (including using strong language to express your feelings about what the chavs are up to at that moment) pretty much guarantees you'll be arrested and charged with criminal counts of violating the little dears' rights, as well as various local statutes. (Seriously, not manifesting the appropriate 'good victim' mentality there will get you looked at funny, and doing anything to actually fight back will get you arrested.) "There's a reason God put those people on an island." :-(
