this is the one where he is visiting england and lands up going fullbore John Wayne on some guys trying to kidnap? the current crown prince. Priceless points in the book that got cut from the movie: Jack finds out that his daughter has been living in BUCKINGHAM PALACE (and being the perfect angel) at the end of the book Jack tells some marines? that the English Crown Prince is on the boat that is trying to dock (you could almost hear the spines snapping and the safeties clicking off)
