I think that still qualifies as virtual. ...but the radiotherapy machine is imaginary too... and his avatar would be double-virtual (meta-virtual?)... and the radiographer who said it would be "virtually painless" is one level of virtual himself, so from his point of reference a meta-virtual avatar would be merely virtual... err... brain hurt... I think I should go to bed now.
