but that doesn't mean that they are wrong on medical matters. If the NRA issued medical advice would you take it seriously? Ultimately the only way to be sure the vaccine is safe and beneficial would be a large scale double blind trial and then follow up in a year or two. Unfortunately by that point it will all be irrelevant. Which means basing things on small scale rapid trials which will always leave room for doubt and disagreement.
