And that's the way it should ideally be. Here it's a bronze pin at 10 (got one of those already), silver pin at 25, and gold pin at 50. At 100 you get a choice of artwork featuring a pelican, and finally at 150 you get a certificate of thanks from the protector of the donation organization (from the royal family). Then of course the individual hospitals sometimes give extra gifts. One place I went to gave concert tickets for every 5 times you're there.
