Really, IMO, both sides are right.
FOX "News" *IS* an organization that makes its hay by promoting the "conservative" (really Republican) view of anything and everything, tilting every story to the right and making sure that everything is carefully "revealed" to be the fault of Democrats.
And the White House is stupid for every taking on this fight, precisely because it is lose/lose. The pig does indeed enjoy the attention (to quote the cartoon TrogL found). In addition, even as much as I agree with the bias and complete lack of "news" credentials of the organization, I'm ultimately uncomfortable with any part of the government singling out an individual channel or news outlet. |
