Every medical source I've seen is recommending getting the shot if you're pregnant. Remember, you'll be giving your little one antibodies that will carry on protecting him/her for several months even after moving to the big bad world. If you have no immunity against it, neither will the baby once born. The H1N1 vaccine is made the same way the seasonal flu vaccines are made, and there have been plenty of years of experience using them and they know what the risks and benefits are.
