Fox news quashed a story and eventually fired the reporters involved.
The reporters sued.
Fox news appealed.
Fox news won the appeal with the court finding it was not obliged to be truthful in its reporting of stories.
(To me this says: "Fox news is an entertainment channel")

I can't find links on sites that would be generally considered "unbiased", so I leave the search to the reader.
