I never got any flu shots. And seeing that this particular form is hardly worse than a normal flu (over here in Germany of rougly 22,000 infected so far only 3 died and all of them had a weakened immune system) it hardly seems worth it. A colleague of mine was infected on holidays in Spain and got through it without trouble. If I were in contact with kids or old or sick people I'd probably get one. Not that I'd fear being infected but more as not to be a danger to them in case I did get it.
