41 "long colt" pistol/rifle and/or .410 shotgun or .45 1911 and a .45 cal rifle. or .357 pistol and rifle You could also probably do it with a .30 carbine as well but in a pistol that might be a bit rough. I would not recommend 9mm in a rifle to reliably drop a large animal. 44mag would work but follow up shots would be rough.
