Back when I was in college the Engineering Frat	by vampire	2009-10-26 09:16:40
had a bungee sling shot. During the warmer months they would on occasion launch water balloons into the quad (large open area between 3 classroom buildings and the library in the center of campus) from behind their house on Fraternity row (about 3 blocks away with several buildings and LOTS of trees in between). They had to have a couple spotters in the quad (forward area) to provide target correction. :P
