Mom actually just told me something that may help me! I have been sick and can't quite shake it. I think part of the reason is because it has been so dry, and add to that the the heat is now running at night and all that fun stuff whhich make sleeping and breathing difficult at night. I feel better after a long steamy shower, but it doesn't last. She told me she left a humidifier and where it is. I can set it up in my bedroom and maybe sleep and breather better, which could help me finally GET better.
