I had issues (even as a very little girl, body chemistry has just always been wonky in that department). My gyno recommended trying out going commando after I had Isaac (and got past all of the immediate post-baby issues that required thier use). It made a huge improvement. But I have gotten so used to it, that trying to wear them now is really awkward. But I figured I should try to get used to it before the baby comes, because there will be enough discomfort going on without also trying to gget used to it again then.
