I usually go commando. Is more comfortable. And since I had a gyno talk me into trying it as a way to help my body get more air flow to cut back on infections in the region (body chemitry has me naturally prone to the) I haven't gotten nearly as many as I used to. For me, not wearing a bra is pretty much a non-option as it is far more uncomfortable to go without. Although, while lactating, I am planning to try to mostly wear the tank tops with the built in shelf bras. Easy access for nursing and plenty of room for the expanding.
