Windows "did not start successfully" problem by oot 2009-08-26 21:45:10
A computer at work gives the "Windows did not start successfully" error message (with the option to go into safe mode) every time it starts, even though it was shut down properly, and starts up fine when you choose to start Windows normally.

I'm stumped, Google isn't turning up anything useful...

Does anybody know what could cause this? Or at least how to disable the error message and force it to boot normally even when it "thinks" there's been an error?
