As good as 2m if you are lucky.

Good conditions is more a function of SV geometry than the number of them. 5 in the correct places, one at each compass point and one overhead, is far better than 10 off to one side.
Generally more than 8 isn't going to give you much benefit.

If your GPS gives you a PDOP (or HDOP or GDOP) number then double that and you get a ballpark figure for the error in meters assuming a good quality GPS system. Closer to 4 times that number for most consumer GPS systems.

Also GPS accuracy is a statistical thing, most of the time people are talking within that distance of truth 68% of the time.
