a logical point? This behavior is not conducive to having anything remotely resembling a discussion. Therefore, such behavior must be punished to ensure that it is discouraged. Hence the snark. Besides, if you are unable to maintain a level head in the face of snark, you have no business participating in the discussion. The real world isn't pretty, boys and girls. People are mean. Learn to deal with it.
Be glad this is over the intarwebs. In person I take to administering spankings to people who behave like children.
