Banking/Finance and Automotive. Since the US Government has part ownership of 1 of the 'big 3' US automotive makers, and large stakes in several large banks...I'd say he's working towards nationalization. The comments by his 'salary czar' (I forget the actual title) regarding his desire and self-believed legal power to fix salaries at a large number of theoretically privately-owned companies, if not a step in a nationalization process, sure smell like one to me.
