...for board regulars and folks who have been around for a long time. Once you're "known" here you're part of the family and spreading the word about something good or useful is only of benefit to the crowd.

So go for it, just keep it to only a couple of times a week or so. That's not a hard and fast rule, but a guideline. I trust most folks here to use their judgement.
