But that definition then renders most of what the government does unconstitutional. Until some other Government agencies, like Education, Medicare, SEC, FBI, and of course, the IRS are also found to be unconstitutional, you have little argument against further usurping of powers on a Constitutional basis.

From a Libertarian standpoint, the only valid use of Government power is national defense & enforcement of import tariffs. That, however is yet another argument.

We seem to be beyond that.
