un-hooking a 3rd party interface and hooking it to another is also dangerous - if there's a task which (by it's name) doesn't really call for being part of that interface. especially when there's a "delete" and even more especially the day you do it is a friday with a 24/7 productive system the probability of a monday early morning (that is before 6 o'clock) is quite close to 100%
