I did have some shade though. My big problem was after a Sunday service in a nice park, I tipped my street bike over on the soft grass (did not have knobby tires for the terrain) and, while not hurting my bike, may have bruised a rib or the muscles around them on the left side of my body. It fell to the left on me and two or three people helped me right the bike. I was very sore last night and slept tenderly with the left side of my chest. I am still tender and sore there today. Is your skin red, or worse, pealing?
