None of those things are really human nature. They are learned because the people who started demanding these behaviors started enough generations ago that it has become deeply rooted in most of us, so we THINK it is nature. Look at most small children. At least FWIW, most of them gladly run around naked whenever they can, so long as temperatures allow it to be comfortable. And people say "Oh, they don't know any better yet." Because modesty is a learned behavior.
