I am sposed to drink at least 32 ounces a day, I have a huge stock of bottles (right now its about two weeks worth)... part of having porphyria. really half my time i spend in a fog cuz the nutrient requirements are so hard to figure out what im short on at the time...

you can usually tell when im in that state, as my sentence structure becomes very hard to follow and very random. badly worded, et cetra.
