The Congress shall have power ... To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;

We use the phrase "cross state lines," but the Feds can regulate any commerce between the States. If somebody developed a transporter device and used to to ship something across the country, I'd bet that the courts would consider that commerce "among the several states."
