Sure, the individual components are made in Texas and the weapons are assembled in Texas, great.

Where did the raw materials come from? Where did they get the steel? Where did they get the equipment that they will use to produce the finished products?

Unfortunately, the Interstate Commerce clause has been so widely interpreted that it is almost physically impossible to avoid its reach.
