I have a hard time figuring out what kind of evidence would make you justified in believing that a being had created the universe. But if we assume that, then I think that we can assume two different sets of evidence.

One which shows that the being is the creator of eg all matter in this universe, In which case the answer is yes.

And another set of evidence which shows that the being originated this universe, but not exactly what in it ver made, and in that case you would have to be open to the possibility that somebody else made some stuff.
