If I only have an experience of one cat jumping, and have no experience of other beings who can jump, (including other cats), then I don't think I'm justified in assuming the existence of other beings who can jump, whether cats or not.

In the same way, if I experience one being, and only one, who I somehow apprehend to be capable of creating the universe, then I don't think I'm justified without further evidence in believing that there are others capable of the same thing.
