There are always exceptions, but success in human society selects for people placing their own self or group ahead of others. This translates to those who refuse to follow that, or who are less good at it, regarding those who succeed in selecting selfishly as "evil" (or at least causes the non-successful to use nasty language a lot.) Any comments?
