variety of outcomes. Some good, some bad, most in the middle. Think statistical bell-curve. There are enough humans now that such things aren't only possible, or probable, they're a fore-gone conclusion. Some may be rehabilitated through upbringing and other social conditioning, but you'll always have some set that are genetically pre-dispossessed in such a way.
