See my reply. Need to take off now but I may make a TLP about the case linked in my reply tomorrow. Now I don't see it as a reason for not legalizing Gay Marriage. I do think that in this rush to make sure all are treated equally we need to think about potential unintended consequences. See the post about Canada forgetting to pass a Gay Divorce Law with their Gay Marriage Law.
