1. No religious organization or charity shall neither receive nor be denied any funding, priviliges or immunities to which they would otherwise be entitled based on thier reconition or rejection of same-sex marrige. 2. No government employee shall be required as a condition of employment, be required to conduct any marrige ceremony beyond the grant or endorsement of a marrige license in accordance with the requirements of the state.
