were either my own (where I knew exactly what to expect from everything), or enterprise (where I could count on being able to make the business apps work, and if WeatherBug (unauthorized install) failed, it was the (l)user's fault for having it on there. (What it meant was that s/he had gone to a great deal of effort to get past the policies, and so we didn't have to support it.)
