Just for the heck of it I tried accessing that page with a phony useragent. I'm actually using FF3 on WinXP, but the useragent was that of a search engine bot. I got an error message telling me to use another browser. So they are browser sniffing; that tends to be a mistake, and may be the source of your troubles.
