When you told him that you don't swing that way, did you also explicitly ask him to stop flirting with you? I know plenty of straight guys who get a kick out of having a gay guy flirt with them. Maybe he doesn't realize that you find it bothersome.

If you have told him to stop, then I would suggest that you tell him that what he is doing is:
1) unwelcome
2) sexual harassment
3) going to lead to you talking to HR if he doesn't back off
