I have a co-worker who is gay and he continually flirts ( I think that's what it is) with me to the point where the fists are going to fly. After 6 months of telling him I don't swing that way, I'm about to get management involved if I don't drag his fairy butt out into the parking lot and beat the snot out of him.
Now, having said that (out of anger of course) I want a peaceful resolution to this. He's a good worker and he knows his stuff but I tire of the comments and I hate being followed.
Assume my role, and you've told this person in no uncertain terms that you're not interested AT ALL.
