Revisting wall mounted network rack by vampire2009-04-10 09:07:33
  What I've seen: by kahuana 2009-04-10 09:23:15
A hinged wall mount like this and a simple shelf above it.
Leave a gap between the back of the shelf and the wall to allow cable to pass behind it.
Everything is attached to a 5/8" plywood backing (which is secured to the studs in the wall behind).

No recommendation for switch/hub other than give yourself some room to grow.

Those are too small for network equipment by imrambi2009-04-10 09:29:58
      Well, it won't accommodate a 26" deep 1U server. by kahuana2009-04-10 09:40:10
