part of the funeral home only recently came to light. There is also a long process to gather and document information to warrant an exhumation and cover costs. Years could easily pass from moment of suspicion to this. The real problem is the funeral home messed with the body in a manner not in accordance with the wishes of the loved ones/deceased as agreed upon. Although the contract did not explicitly state anything like $funeral_home will not "Choose the Fix button", it is reasonable to expect it doesn't require inclusion. It's about respect for the dead and all that.
