anywhere, it apprears to be loudest right in my living room. I suspect large ceiling mounted speakers, set for a "sweet spot" near the back middle of the living room in his place. Management agrees it is very loud, but the cops haven't got the authority to go in and verify the disturbance. I've invited them in to hear it from my perspective, but unfortunately the process to get that done officially is a long, slow haul.
