with my downstairs neighbor. Despite polite requests, despite warnings from the management, this person is playing music so loudly that my floor is shaking. I cannot even listen to my TV without his music partially drowning out the sound!
This is why I do not own firearms. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't shoot him for this, but if I go down to ask him (again) to turn it down and he gives my his usual screaming fit, THEN I could not trust myself. |
