Should I be responsible for fixing this? by SaylorA 2009-04-02 10:19:05
I was working on the monthly and quarterly tax reports this morning when someone brings in to me the quarterly unemployment insurance form. I was expecting this form to come in anytime and so I started filling it out when I finished with the other tax stuff. I filled out the front side and was half way down the backside of it (its only one piece of paper front and back) when I notice the company name for the law office across the hall. For some odd reason this info is on page 2 and not prominently written on page one. I don't do their tax stuff, so this should never have been given to me. So now this government printed form is useless and I've been told to get a replacement.

Should I have to deal with this or not?
