I need to point out to them that the sections that say "bank fees" are THEIR bank and not us....as well as where it returned NSF, that they seem to be missing somehow..... On your people LOL! I would have told them that your fax automatically shreds anything that comes in as a safety precaution and that you could mail them the shredded parts, at their expense) if they wanted you too. >;-D
